Inventory begins upward climb, but buyers are in close pursuit…
The charts below are up to date as of Monday, January 25, 2016 and do reflect that the real estate (residential) home inventory is beginning to increase. What is also evident in the statistics (and visible on these charts) is that the buyers are increasing in number as well.
